Power Cells are Objective Items found within expeditions which are used to power Generators, they can either be found within the expedition itself scattered around, or they can be given to players at the start of the expedition in a crate. They appear to be Molten carbonate fuel cells based on text found on the cell itself, it has 2 fans and a screen which states the current power level of the cell, however, this level doesn't change in-game. The cells themselves make a constant humming sound, this can be helpful in locating them as it is loud enough to hear usually before you see them.
