The I2-LP Syringe (Injury Infection Liquid Pharmacon Syringe) is a consumable item that can be found throughout the Lab environment in resource containers as well as on shelves or desks. Syringes come in two different forms, a yellow one called IIX and a red one called 'I2-LP' (both of these syringes are mentioned in the first log of Rundown 003).
Usage
I2-LP syringes grant 5% - 15% health upon usage, at the cost of 3% - 10% infection.

An I2-LP syringe can potentially save your life if used when you are about to be downed. It heals a small amount of health at the cost of some infection.
